Transcription services

You may request a transcript by contacting JGRTranscriptionTeam@courts.je.

We would like to draw your attention to the current guidelines for the production and payment of transcripts.

All requests will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Parties are not automatically entitled to a transcript of a hearing.  All requests need the Court’s approval.

If it is not possible to provide a transcript then it may be possible for you to listen to the audio recording.
