Désastre (bankruptcy) checks

List of désastres

You can see the current cases on the list of désastres declared.

New declarations “en désastre” are added to this list within 2 working days of the declaration being made. Most declarations are made on a Friday. Searches using this facility are free from charge.

You can see that a désastre has been discharged or settled. The record will be removed 3 months after the date of discharge or completion.
